Our passion for apprenticeships is driven by our ambition to create a better future for all, by inspiring and challenging our community to make an impact that matters.
Through our highly relevant programmes, passionate teaching and focus on applied learning, we build the knowledge, skills and behaviours that employers want, and entrepreneurs need to thrive in today’s workplace.
Why Apprenticeships?
Upskill high potential employees
Transform leadership
Develop innovation culture
Provide L&D opportunities for your staff
We work with organisations in England to identify and address their most fundamental skills gaps. We provide apprenticeships that can maximise their levy fund and help them to make an impact that matters.
The apprenticeships we offer are designed for high potential employees with the passion to learn. To get stuck in, work on real-world problems and bring innovative solutions back into their workplace.
We are currently recruiting apprentices for Level 5 and Level 7 leadership and management apprenticeships starting in September. We also offer these apprenticeships as closed cohorts.
Level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager
A fully-funded apprenticeship designed for department managers and team leaders who need to expand their leadership and management skills and make a real impact on team performance.
Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship
A fully-funded apprenticeship designed for senior leaders who can develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to lead with confidence, agility and creativity.

Employer & Apprentice Commitment
A key contributor to the success of apprentices is the support of the Employer. This means allowing the apprentices to complete/attend/participate in 6 hours per week off-the-job training during working hours, and provide the opportunity and resources to gain the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to achieve the apprenticeship.
Apprentices will spend most of their working hours in their productive job role and some of this time must be about consolidating the new knowledge, skills and behaviours, gained from off-the-job activities, so that they are fully occupationally competent at the end of the programme.
If you have any questions about our apprenticeships and how they can work for your organisation, our apprenticeships team are here to help.
The Skills Scan is a vital part of the apprenticeship application process for apprentices and line managers.
