Apprenticeships are a government initiative that allow working professionals to access learning and development opportunities that are funded by the apprenticeship levy.
Access world-class, business school education, funded by the apprenticeship levy, at Hult Ashridge
We deliver the apprenticeship standards that most align with our extensive expertise in leadership development. From our Ashridge campus we have over 60 years experience in delivering world-class leadership and management education.
The apprenticeships we offer are designed for high potential employees with the passion to learn. To get stuck in, work on real-world problems and bring innovative solutions back into their workplace.
If that sounds like you, we are now recruiting for apprentices to join us in January 2024 on the following apprenticeships.
Level 5 Operations/Departmental Manager
A fully-funded apprenticeship designed for department managers and team leaders who need to expand their leadership and management skills and make a real impact on team performance.
Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship
A fully-funded apprenticeship designed for senior leaders who can develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to lead with confidence, agility and creativity.
Apprenticeships at Hult Ashridge are funded by the UK Apprenticeship Levy, for employers and apprentices who meet the eligibility criteria:
Employer Eligibility
Every employer in England can access the apprenticeship levy, whether they pay into it or not.
Employers who do not pay into the levy can still access the funds. They will be asked to make a small contribution to the cost of the training. The employer pays 5% directly to their chosen training provider, and the government will pay 95%.
Our apprentices come from a wide variety of organisations across England. From NHS Trusts to investment banks; hospitality chains to construction conglomerates.
What makes our apprenticeships unique, is that our faculty tailor the content they teach to your individual requirements. Not only do they have a deep understanding of every sector, but they work with you to develop solutions to real work problems your organisation is facing.
The wellbeing of our apprentices is paramount during their time studying at Hult Ashridge.
Here you will find a range of policies that outline how we support apprentices, line managers and employers throughout the apprenticeship journey.
If you have any questions about our apprenticeships and how they can work for your organisation, our apprenticeships team are here to help.
The Skills Scan is a vital part of the apprenticeship application process for apprentices and line managers.
